3D printing for iterative design
An extrusion printer was used in the design process to prototype parts to test for shape, fit and function. An adapter part was made to combine the controller to the tool grip in an ergonomic way. These handles are used on the vacuum crane product lines.
This part made from ABS plastic functions as a battery charger case & holder that is mounted to the vertical chanel of our lifter product line. The solution was developed to solve the problem customers faced when losing or damaging their chargers.
